I improved my time from last year by 18 minutes!! I am so proud that I ran 95% of the race. I usually run a 12 minute mile and I averaged an 11.41 min/mile with stops for water, blowing my nose, and stretching here and there. I am definitely paying for it today though. I can barely walk and to top it all of I am sick with a cold. Fluids, tissues, cold medicine and a bed all day and I should be better tomorrow. 

I can’t wait to do it all again.
